OA Thorp Scholastic Tuition-Based After-School Care Program
We are pleased to announce our tuition-based Thorp After Care Program. Our school-directed after-school program will provide a safe and fun environment for students to participate in academic, fine arts and recreational activities outside of the traditional school day. Students will be exposed to various experiences including Sports, Literacy, Academic Enrichment, Music, Dance, Arts and Crafts and Technology.
Program Schedule:
2:30 – 3:00 Snack Time
3:00 – 4:00 Homework/Literacy Time – (Students will work with our staff to ensure homework is completed)
4:00 – 5:30 Supervised Group Play – (Arts and Crafts, STEM Science Club, Dance and Drama, Music, Technology)
The program will begin the first day of school and run throughout the duration of the school year, Monday through Friday from 2:45 until 5:30 pm (Snacks will be provided). Students must be picked up by no later than 5:30 or a late fee will be charged.
Cost of the Program:
Monthly Participants (SAVE 10% if you Prepay Annually):
5 Day Schedule
1st Child $350 Month, 2nd Child $320/month, Addt'l Child(ren) $175
3 Day Schedule
1st Child $220/month, 2nd Child $200/month, Addt'l Child(ren) $110
1 Hour Daily Schedule
$125 Month per child
Drop-In Participants:
$30.00 daily rate (Drop-In) We DO NOT pro-rate for students using aftercare on an as-needed basis.
Late Fee:
$30.00 Per 15 minutes Late Fee will be charged, with the first $30.00 being charged for any amount after 5:30). If student is in our 1 Hour Program a $30.00 late fee will be accessed if student is picked up past 3:30 pm no more than $350.00/month will be billed.
Payments are due on the 16th of each month. Debit/Credit Card payments may be paid online through our website via Epay.
