Thorp After Care

We are pleased to announce our tuition based Thorp After Care Program. Our school directed after school program will provide a safe and fun environment for students to participate in academic, fine arts and recreational activities outside of the traditional school day.  Students will be exposed to a variety of experiences including Sports, Literacy, Academic Enrichment, Music, Dance, Arts and Crafts and Technology.

We have also tried to make Thorp After-care more affordable. For families with 3 or more children, we will only charge for the first two students.

Program Schedule:

2:30 – 3:00 Snack Time

3:00 – 4:00  Homework/Literacy Time – (Students will work with our staff to ensure homework is completed)

4:00 – 5:30  Supervised Group Play  – (Arts and Crafts, STEM Science Club, Dance and Drama, Music, Technology)

The program will begin the first day of school and run throughout the duration of the school year,  Monday through Friday from 2:45 until 5:30 pm (Snack will be provided).  Students must be picked up by no later than 5:30 or a late fee will be charged.

Cost of the Program:

Monthly Participants (SAVE 10% if you Prepay Annually):

5 Day Schedule

$80.00 per week/$320 Month 

(2nd Child $70, 3rd Child+ $0)

3 Day Schedule

$50.00 per week/$200 Month

(2nd Child $45, 3rd Child+ $0)

1 Hour Daily Schedule (5 or 3 Day Schedule) 

$25.00 per week/$100 Month

Drop In Participants:

$25.00 daily rate (Drop In) We DO NOT pro-rate for students using aftercare on an as needed basis.

Payments are due on the 16th of each month.  Debit/Credit Card payments may be paid online through our website via Epay.
