Hi! I'm Grace Kuliberda, one of the social workers here at Thorp. This is my 10th year at Thorp and overall 12th year with CPS. I am a proud graduate of Chicago Public Schools (GO Prosser Falcons!), UIUC & UIC. I always think "I cannot do everything, but I can do something" SO that means I am here to listen, help and advocate for you the best way I can :) I really value time with my family (if you ask me, my 3.5 year old is the funniest person I have met) and friends. I enjoy reading non-fiction, baking for any occasion and decoding everything Taylor Swift!
