Ms. Caron: 3rd Grade Homeroom 205

Hi, I'm Ms. Caron! I am the Reading teacher for 3rd and 4th grade. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in ESL and Special Education from Loyola University Chicago.

I realized that I wanted to be a teacher during my first job as a tutor and have continued to find out how much I love my career! I am always gaining more knowledge on how I can grow as an educator as I learn from and get to know my students. My goal is to be as great of an educator as my 2nd grade teacher was. From pen pals in Germany, adventures in the school garden for science, and guest teachers that flew in from around the world, learning was always a thrilling journey! I hope to instill a love of learning in my students as much as she did for me. 

Outside of school, I enjoy learning how to play the ukulele, painting, crocheting, and finding new movies to watch on the couch with my two cats. I also enjoy going to places with friends where I am surrounded by nature and taking care of my own plant collection!
